The Nail Bar Los Altos

My first visit to the nail bar, and it was such a wonderful experience! I was worried trying a new place but gave it a try after noticing good reviews with photos. Miki took exceptional care of my nails—so detailed and attentive. I got a beautiful cat-eye design and two extensions, and the results are stunning. The shape, shine, and finish are perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been going to nail bar for around a year and a half now and they are THE BEST! I’ve had Jessica, Ruby, and Tracy work on my nails multiple times (especially Tracy) and they always give me what I’m looking for. Five stars every time! Everyone is super accommodating and kind; and the atmosphere of the place is always super energetic while simultaneously maintaining its calm and peace. Gigi Is also the best shop owner ever! She is so kind and on top of it, like she ALWAYS picks up my phone calls whenever i have questions, need to move an appointment, need a last minute nail fix, or when i’m simply running a couple minutes late. I’ve been to many nail shops before finding nail bar, and I can truly say that this is my favorite nail shop (the BEST NAIL SHOP) ever. See you guys soon!

You deserve the cbd or jelly pedicure…. I don’t get a pedi without it. The lasting benefits of the massages and treatments have helped my quality of life so much. The OG nail bar is unmatched. The attention to detail, care and end result are always 10/10. I’ve tried doing my nails myself and they’ve helped me get back to my healthy nails!! I have worked with so many wonderful and talented professionals which makes it easy to check availability. You can’t go wrong. Thank you, everyone!

Damaged & lumpy Nails…This was my first time here. I normally go to my usual salon, but this place was close to work and I was on a tight schedule. The nail tech, Queenie, over-filed my nails when removing Gel-X, leaving them thin. She also used a USED NAIL FILE to shape my nails. When applying regular polish, it came out patchy and lumpy. After two coats she was about to finish until I pointed out that I could see my natural nail through the polish. She blamed it on my nails being “thin,” but I’ve only had Gel-X twice in my life and my nails have always been strong and healthy. The thinning happened here from over-filing. She offered a third coat, which helped slightly, but the polish is still uneven and lumpy. It’s fully dried, I haven’t touched anything, and I’ve been careful not to us

Holiday manicure of my dreams 🎄I came in with a crazy idea for a Christmas design. Miki did an incredible job - my nails look better than the inspo pics. She’s a true artist and I couldn’t be happier!!! Gigi and the NB ladies are the best.
