Called today around 10:30AM and asked if they had time at 10:45-11AM to fit me in for a pedicure. The guy said if I came in around 10:45, they could fit me in at 11 since they weren't taking appts. Sure enough, when I got there, they had me in by about 10:55. I found it astonishing because usually that's just a rough estimate but they kept to their word. The lady who did my nails was so gentle when she'd tap my legs to signal me to switch. The massage chair had settings for petite, average, and tall height which was ingenious. Not sure why more of those chairs don't. Their prices were reasonable for the pedicures compared to other locations and they had a wide variety of OPI colors from which to choose. Been going here several years now and love it! Ly, Rina, and Hanna are AMAZING! I’ve never walked out not loving my nails and everyone is so friendly. Consistency means so much!

I’ve been to plenty of nail salons but i happened to stop by to get my nails done here since i was close, the employees treat young people differently, i can only assume it is because theres a stereotype of young people not tipping. I tipped my nail artist $20. Anyways, the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable, people staring, the employees barely acknowledging me , not being offered anything like other people, its just overall a bad experience. They only offer sns and for a basic pedicure and sns mani with tips my total came out to be $145. My nail broke within a week by putting socks on… this place overcharges for a horrible experience, uncomfortable service and rushed lousy work. This place is great, you can have nice conversations with them, the nail art is awesome, they are careful. And they have drinks of all kinds of varieties.front desk guy is great! It’s my family’s favorite place to visit and get our nails done at! We go there every time! Great service there too. Love that place.
