I have been going to Shawn for Thai massage for over eight years. I followed him into private practice after seeing him at a dedicated Thai massage studio that was open back in the day in Tucson. I go to him on a regular basis over a dozen times during the course of the year. I am almost in my sixth decade, still hit CrossFit pretty hard, running, mountain biking, and the Thai massage keeps me limber as well as giving me feedback on areas of my body, that I need to pay attention to in order to keep moving well. Shawn tailors each massage to the person’s needs and comfort level, listens to feedback, and overall I would say that I might not be able to do the things I do as well, without having seen him for almost a decade now.

My husband had to come to Tucson to take care of urgent business shortly after having a procedure on his lower back. He was suffering with pain and lack of mobility and thought he would have to cancel the remainder of his trip. Fortunately he was referred to Shawn at The Movement Thai Massage here in Tucson. He had two 90 minute therapy one with traditional Thai massage and the following day with a Deep Swedish style massage. His post therapy pain and limited movement has been greatly improved and he is able to conduct the business at hand . Before coming to AZ I had been praying for clarity, centering and a release. Shawn is an excellent and skilled therapist. I have a history of severe migraines after receiving massages, but have not ever experienced this symptoms after visiting Shawn. He is very skilled in manipulation of muscles to provide relaxation and relief.
