The Modern Gentlemen's Barbershop

I'm new to the area and stopped in for a haircut at The Modern Gentlemen's Barbershop. Ivan, the owner, gave me a great cut. He asked how I'd like my hair cut and followed through exactly how I like it. I have since been back twice and he never disappoints. He's also very personable; I always enjoy our conversations.

Would highly recommend Ray For a clean cut. He turned my brothers from ragdoll’s too handsome boys. Just trust me and trust the process. Overall the shop is very clean and very well-maintain. Will be continuing to go to Ray for my brother cuts!!! And to top it all off Ray cuts type four hair (really curly hair) Because we love our curls .

We made two appointments for 1pm & waited 30 minutes for the first one to be sat, not so bad as I understand it’s Saturday which is hair cut day for most. Our second appointment which was also for 1pm never got sat as they kept taking walk in customers in front of our scheduled appointment. As the time was now an hour since our appointment time & 2 walk in customers had been given priority over us I asked if my son could please be sat, the barbers reaction was to make me feel I was putting him out. On top of that we are (now were) loyal returning customers that have been getting our hair cut here for quite some time. That said, we will never return to a business that does not honor appointments made well in advance, just a bad business decision. An incredibly distasteful & aggravating situ

The Modern Gentleman’s barber shop is a great place to get a haircut. Owner Ivan Rodriguez goes out of his way to make sure you look your best. The shop is clean and inviting establishment. I highly recommend this local shop for outstanding service and quality service. Prices are very reasonable and quality haircut.

Ivan is the most professional barber I have ever met. Always very polite, professional, on time. He is good at responding back in a very timely manner. He has a great work ethic and a very talented barber. He and his barbers are professional at all times. I would recommend anyone to have Ivan as their barber.
