THE MEN'S SALON

I chose this salon based on how the owner, Sandi, responded to another review. It was clear that she prioritizes customer service and satisfaction, so I stopped by and had a chat with her about what I wanted, then made an appointment with Krisi based on her online reviews. Krisi was all that she was hyped up to be. She was friendly and patient, shared interesting information about hair that I had never heard before, and gave me an excellent cut. I am so glad I discovered The Men's Salon and Krisi. Can't wait to go back.

Called and asked for a quick neck clean up and was quoted $20. Great. At check out they charged $45 and I asked for clarification. They said “we did more than the neck,” which was true, but I was still only seen for 15 minutes. I explained that I only asked for the 15 min, $20 treatment and they just said, “well, sorry.” ???

Zero stars! I arrived at The Men’s Salon and had trouble finding the entrance, since it’s on the first floor with no clear signage showing how to access it. When I finally got inside, they left me waiting for over five minutes, completely ignoring me. Then someone told me I was late—just one minute past their so-called grace period—and that my reservation had been canceled. The staff were impolite and unwelcoming. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 years now and Sandi and her team are running an elite establishment. I’ve had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Sandi and Heather and they are both wildly talented and very pleasant to chat with. Just bring a picture of the look you’re hoping to achieve and they take care of the rest. If you’re on the fence about upgrading your appearance let me tell you - a superior haircut is a quality of life hack. I get compliments on my hair often from strangers and friends because of this place. I had one lady tell me I looked like I just walked out of a Hallmark movie lol! People are just generally nicer and more eager to help when you take a little pride in your appearance and The Men’s Salon consistently delivers that for me. Also, as a side note - their 21

Audrey was great! I have gotten my haircut from the same person for the last 14 years and today was the first time i've ever strayed away and was nervous about it. Audrey did a great job calming those nerves immediately, and did an amazing job not only with the cut, but providing a great experience within my entire stay. The entire place is clean and welcoming. I will for sure be coming back.
