The Men's Den Barbershop

I got my haircut by yari and she did absolutely amazing for the first time touching my hair. A simple low fade she made look fantastic, leaving a good bit of volume up top like i asked and did great with my very hard to work with straight hair, which lots of barbers ive gone through have struggled with. Appalled with how well she did with it and she has a new regular from now on i will be going back every time i need it cut. very conversational and friendly and overall just a very good environment and shop all together. Keep it up mens den. My hair was so long i couldn’t even wear hats or shades with all the hair above and behind my ears. she fixed that!

My son and I have been going to Carrie B. for hair cuts for years now…I’ve had her as my barber for over 10 years and I wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. The comfortable atmosphere at the men’s den is one of a kind. But the talent of their barbers sets them aside. If you’re looking for a great barber that won’t disappoint I highly recommend Carrie at the men’s den!

Ro Valenzuela cut my hair this morning and for the price of $60+ (including tip) I wasn’t satisfied. She asked if I liked it and I’m not a mean person so I lied. Maybe I should’ve told the truth but I just wanted to get out of there. When I saw what she charged I was shocked tbh. She’s a nice woman and the place had a vibe, but for someone who doesn’t switch up on Barbers to take a chance… I am disappointed. Usually I pay around $60 in Houston for a hair cut, beard trim, hot towel, and line up but none of that was even offered. Nothing against her or the staff, I just wanted a quality cut and I wouldn’t mind paying high dollar for it. Great place! Got my haircut from Vonn and Alyssa so far and they are both amazing and always do a great job. Used to go to another place but switched here as they actually take their time and give quality haircuts, the last place wasn’t cutting it anymore. Will absolutely be my barbers for a long time to come.

Came in Saturday with my elderly friend for a haircut. She charged 35. I was hesitant to give a tip on top of that since that's way too much, but I decided to tell her to add 10. She overcharged and added 12 instead. VERY ILLEGAL as that is THEFT. I have been here several times, but after being robbed...we won't return. *****Update. I do appreciate the response. I was not told there would be a processing fee, if she mentioned that, I sure didn't hear it. I tried to pay w cash, but she had no change. Thank you again for being fair.
