The Medical Spa

I used the weight loss service and I couldn’t be happier! I still have a few pounds to reach goal but I know that I will get there! The staff is super friendly and they get you in and out…no sitting and waiting all day. What are you waiting for??? Call them and get started!

I love the Medical Spa, staff is always great. Doesn't matter if I'm restarting or coming in for my monthly check-in. My visits are ways quick and I have great support.

What a difference a year makes! I dropped 65 lbs in 1 year. Their weight loss program works! The pictures are almost a year to the day to show the results. The only draw back to the weight loss was having to buy all new clothes.

IPL on hands and arms. Carly was very personable and comforting I would recommend her for any service. I was extremely impressed.

I normally don’t write reviews good or bad but this is the second review I have ever written but it was needed to be known to others of my experience today. After taking a day off work for a scheduled appointment and driving nearly an hour and a half to get to the place they said they were short a person because they called out of work today and could not see me today, they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a call to say they were short staff and that they needed to reschedule. Yet they will be quick at charging you if you do not cancel in advance - sad to see that they have no care for your scheduled confirmed appointment and did not even try to get me in after I even said I’ll wait as long as needed since I was already there. Very disappointing….one more thing to add, they didn’t
