I booked a massage and facial and the Hannah room for my husband's birthday. The room was FILTHY there was black mold in the steam room, sauna floors, shower in the women's locker room. The cold plunge pool steps are so rusted it's a total health hazard not to mention there was white spatter all over the top of the cold plunge like it hadn't been sanitized. The robes smelt like poop. I went to the manager.She said she should be inspecting things daily, But doesn't, because she assumed their sanitation team cleans things and would I make a video that she could send them, because she was shocked at what I showed her. I asked her to smell the towels because they stunk so bad and she said she couldn't smell anything because she lost her smell in covid. To spend $672.00 was a complete waste of

Amazing experience!!! Love it! Went there with my boyfriend. Very attentive staff! Great steam room! There is a cold shower in a steam room! They gave us nice robes and slippers. There are a lot of towels we could use. We got 50 minutes massage for each person. It felt great!

I hosted a bridal shower here and it came out so nice. Some of the ladies got massages and facials. They raved about their services. The ladies that got facials were glowing afterwards. The rooftop was so nice. After we put the decorations up it looked beautiful. We were able to bring in our own catering from Joseph's. The day was perfect! Thanks Debbie and staff for being so flexible.

A beautiful clean spa with friendly staff and a relaxing environmnet, I love their whole theme! I really enjoyed them using warm massage oil and a heated bed which i prefer personally as some places don't have bottle warmers, Jasmine and Stacey did me and my moms massages and they did an amazing job! Debbie was also very nice and made this a wonderful experience for us, the Hana room was amazing to use before a treatment, after our treatment we went to their rooftop to sit and they gave us mimosas, will definitely be coming back! It's worth a try!
