The Man Shop

ve been to The Man Shop in Post Falls before, and while the haircuts themselves are fine, this visit made it very easy to decide it'll be my last. One staff member in particular, Shannon, is clearly skilled--I understand she's been a trainer there for years. Unfortunately, technical ability doesn't excuse poor customer interaction. I walked in already on the list, was on the phone, and was intentionally trying to stay out of the way. A nod of acknowledgment apparently wasn't enough. Instead, she raised her voice loudly and sharply to ask if I was on the list, with a level of annoyance that made it very clear my presence was an inconvenience. I brought my son in for a trim and clean up. His stylist did an awesome job and was just finishing up the appointment when a female employee came up to the station and told the stylist to take more off the top. She proceeded to stand there until the stylist started cutting and he ended up taking several inches off the hair. My son was very upset and hates his haircut. I don’t feel it’s very professional for a separate stylist to walk up to a station and tell someone else how to do their job and then proceed to stand there until they follow their orders. The location of this barber shop is very convenient but I don’t know if I will be bringing my son back.

Horrible customer service, I checked in online at 915 and arrived at 950 for a 10 am check in time. Sat around for over 30 minutes. I ask the women with glasses I had a check in at 10 and she ask what was my name in a rude manner. I asked what was the point of early check in an 45 minutes early to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes. She with another rude tone you next. I turned around and walked out and said have a nice day. I will never be returning to “The Man Shop” ever again. What a joke

I'm excited for this new location in Post Falls. I normally go to cda for haircuts but will now be coming here. The location is easy to get to from the freeway, the staff very pleasant, and the service is much better than most men's barbershops in PF. The prices are average, and my stylist did a great job.

This is got to be the worst haircut service and beer trim I have ever got start with the beard. I told her I was letting it grow out to just shape it. She cut it down to about a quarter inch pathetic. I explained to her at the beginning I have the spot That is thicker and I need thin so it lays down. She did not do it. I meant at the end and her answer was just put some product on it. I will never be back to this place and you shouldn’t go either.
