Original Review: We had gone to Man Salon a few years ago quite frequently for our boys’ haircuts, and always had a great experience! Tonight, we visited again, as our current stylist did not have the immediate availability we needed. Both my boys were getting haircuts, so I was periodically moving between the two to check on them (and did not have constant views of both of them at the same time). I've been a customer here for a few years. I've had many haircuts done here, as well as my children. While we have experienced some bad haircuts over the years, it's mostly been someone new or a misunderstanding about what we expected. For anyone just stopping in or just taking the next appointment with any stylist if you expect perfection, you’re setting yourself and the stylist up for failure. Communication, connection, and consistency are what will make your experience worthwhile. To do that, you need to find a stylist you trust and continue to schedule with them.

REVISED REVIEW: A word of caution to newcomers here: It’s best to be very clear and very specific about the haircut you want when coming here, especially if you want a cut that follows modern hair trends. That way, you can avoid the terrible feeling of walking out the door looking worse than when you walked in. Unfortunately, I fell victim to that terrible feeling after receiving a lackluster haircut at this location. I expressed my displeasure with the cut by leaving a 2-star rating and a poor review. However… Within a few hours—and to my surprise—Shawn, the owner, reached out to me with an apology and kindly offered me a full refund and the opportunity to have my hair fixed.
