The whole practice is centered around getting to the root of medical/mental health issues instead of just treating symptoms. Plus the sessions are like getting a massage and going to therapy in one. Highly recommend! I’ve gone in for a series of sessions of reflexology and hypnosis seeking general mental and physical health improvements. I had lingering knee issues from a recent ski injury for which Mary addressed in the reflexology and gave me some homeopathic remedies. I really didn’t expect much because the healing process has been slow and disappointing. After just three sessions over the course of a month, I swear this, my knee issues are gone. I have no words.
