Loved working with Melissa. She help me find my style . The help she gave me was incredible. After my hair dresser retired I was left trying to find someone could understand what I needed. I am definitely going back to her. She did a great job.

They offered a discounted service to the community in ads on their own Facebook page and then the day of told people that they were not offering it the way it was listed. They said any age and many parents on parents groups on Facebook passed their offer around excitedly and then were told no when they came in. But then offered to still do services for you and not the child you were hoping to have a bonding experience with. Bad, bad business and community relations.

This is my second time getting my nails done here and I must say Mariah is by far the best nail technician I've come across. She doesn't rush through it like other places. She is attentive and thorough. It is definitely worth the money

I will not be returning to Lux Lounge for my manicures. I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and kept returning but after the last experience with one of the owners that did my nails it finally did it for me. The nails get perfectly done and last long and they are the cheapest in downtown I believe. BUT. I had booked a month in advance to get my nails done BEFORE school year starts only to be cancelled due to a migraine that turned out to be a pulled muscle when I asked how is she feeling now, while at my appointment, a few days later. Which doesn't matter or it's even understandable but it was not the first time. Once my appointment was cancelled due to double booked, another time due to "virus that is going around" which it was fine but I couldn't help being disappointed when I mad

If you can get scheduled in for a hair appointment they are phenomenal. Otherwise look somewhere else... This company never answers their phone or calls back if you leave a message and if you "book online" they do not offer a hair cut option. Very disappointed because I have gotten my hair cut here once and it was probably one of the best haircut I have ever received. Since then I have walked in, tried to schedule appointments via phone call and when I informed staff that the book online does not offer a haircut solution they just informed me to book online. The business doesn't really seem to care if they get cliental to return.
