Recently purchased a Groupon that offered haircut, condition, blowdry with partial highlights. Made appointment sameday and was enthusiastic about having my hair with a fresh style at a salon I have never been and meet with the hairdresser Farah. Things were pleasant up until I present my Groupon and Farah mentioned an extra charge would be apppiled cause my hair needed toner with the highlights. That was not mentioned under any notes within the Groupon and she even suggested that I cancel my Groupon and pay her directly even with the added charge. I wouldn't want this happening to any other potential new clients purchasing through Groupon and having to experience that with Farah. I’m really happy with the quality of work and dedication Nazila put into doing my eyebrows. She is a professional and a wonderful human being. I definitely recommend 100% to anybody who’s not happy with their eyebrows ti go see Nazila.

Would like to recognize and thank Farah, for her expertise and dedication of going above and beyond... 👌 I have been there myself a few times, but my wife is now her regular client. Farah usually do the hair-coloring/highlighting, haircuts and hairstyles for her, plus Farah has cut our Kiddos hair and she Loves it too! 👧 We are very well satisfied with Farah's expertise and services each and every time 🙂

I’ve been going to this place for my haircut couple of times and Golnush did a good job for my hair but my last experience was with Farah for Perm and it was one of the worst. She burned my hair and baby hairs because her material touched my scalp. She didn’t respond, didn’t apologize. And after having long conversation with Golnush I got back my money with so rude behavior. I went to dermatologist doctor and she told me my hair burned so badly but Golnush didn’t accept and said my hair was like this before. I have pictures for your judgement. Hope with this feedback I can stop another person to go there and burn her hair.
