The Louvre Nail Spa

The guy doing ny pedicure stayed on his phone the entire time from me sitting in the chair till finished. He disappeared several times for three to five minutes, still on the phone texting then he got a call and completely forgot he had a customer. Worst service I have ever had. Will not go there ever again

Not satisfied at ALL This was my first time coming here. One is the male techs did my nails. I got a shellac manicure. The manicure and color itself was just okay. At the end of my manicure there was no massage of my hands, he didn't file my nails after drying, no lotion or oil. I had to ask for oil to put in my cuticles and then he asked me to wash it off which made no sense. Lastly, I was not offered any water to drink or anything else for that matter. I was simply told. When the drying machine stopped ,"you're done" VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!

Waited for an hour and half, was skipped multiple times. Never got the pedi I requested. They would quickly serve people of the other race.

It’s been 3 days since my pedi and when I say my toes HURT. They hurt so bad! The guys constant touched my feet without gloves. He literally made me bleed and didn’t even think twice about it. My pedicure took 35 minutes compared to my sisters who’s was over an hour long and we got the same thing if anything I got something that should have taken longer than her. I asked him to fix my bug toe and he completely missed what I told him TWICE. DONT COME HERE!!! Picture of the toe I asked him to make more straight and he kept missing it. You can also see where he clipped my “ingrown” but it was just my nail😭

Asked for a pink French tip with a pink base like the first pic (literally showed them the picture) I didn’t get what I asked for. They came out cute but still not what I wanted for $76.00.
