On two different occasions, I made and confirmed my appointment with Regina at least a week in advance. At my appointment time she was still working on a customer and then took another customer before me. Regina showed zero recognition toward the value of my time or my business. No explanation, acknowledgment, or apology offered for having to wait at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appt. I’ll help her clients out by not contributing to her future backlogs.

Went here today for the first time. I have tried many salons. I saw Richard and I loved my cut and color and the price was not astronomical. Highly recommend him.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this salon. I made my daughter an appointment for 3:15 with Regina. We arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, checked in, and waited for her to finish with the customer ahead of us. When she was done, she took someone else ahead of us. We waited until 3:45 for our 3:15 appointment. My daughters cut was nice, but Regina charged us $45. I questioned the price, since the website lists a kids cut for $20. Her reply was “yeah, a boys cut”, as if it’s no big deal to charge more than DOUBLE what the website lists. The site does not specify this is a boys only cost, it says “child's haircut”. After waiting 30 minutes past our appointment time, and being over charged, I will not be returning to this salon.

Great salon, very clean, has an awesome group of stylist and very friendly. I use Donna and she is very talented. ❤️

Have just moved here from Dallas TX , so was apprehensive about finding a hairstylist that could do my highlights the way I liked them. Had an appointment with Michelle today. She is a professional with hair color, as I have long hair. So happy with the results. I highly recommend her !!!
