The Look Hair Salon II

Came here for a balayage, layers and blow dry with previously dark brown curly hair. As you can see from the pictures Elena did NOT DISAPPOINT!!! She was very helpful and has gifted hands. My curls are still intact and are healthy (after deep conditioning bc of the bleach). If you want your hair done right, this is the place to go.

so I've been here twice before not so great but its close which i always go with my hair washed just get blow dry and flat iron for $40 so i was planning to go in called in asked the lady how much if i go in with my hair washed just needed rollers and to dry nothing else first she asked am i bringing my own rollers? like ESTUPID this is why im calling this lady said $35 like huh? extra 5 got me blow dry and flat iron they too over priced!!! called another salon who charged me 15 so im giving them 20 tip they deserve it. these ladies at the look hair salon are way to greedy! lady said that's 10-15 mins of there time max. im here now. telling them my situation ;)

Evelyn and her staff are amazing! I have been going to this salon since I was a little girl (I’m 30). They are phenomenal and the only salon on the north shore I will go to for wash and sets, color, hair cuts/trims.

I have been going to this hair salon for 2 years. This is an authentic Dominican hair salon. I wanted nightlights and the colors to blend in. I got EXACTLY what I wanted! I am never worried that they will cut too much off, they always make sure to ask you how much to take off. Their products are authentic and from the Dominican Republic

I went to The Look for a blow out. I left happy my hair was nice and straight and shiny. But!!!! After i washed it I 100% smelled chemical relaxant in my hair & still do after washing it twice it is also extremely dry feeling now and breakage. I happened to look through the other reviews and saw someone else had a similar experience. Extremely disapointed, hope my hair returns back to its healthier feel soon. I do not recommend this salon at all. Update: Almost 2 weeks later and my hair still smells like chemical relaxant and sadly I have a lot of breakage from the high heat blow out. Air drying and Olaplex treatments now.
