The Lodge at Woodloch Spa

My friend and I had the BEST experience at the Woodloch Spa. Not only were the amenities incredibly clean and up to date, but the staff were the absolute best. We were on the waitlist and Lisa went above and beyond to help us get a reservation. We were greeted by Robert at the front gate who is the opitimy of joy. It really started out our experience on such a high that continued through the massage, the steam room and saunas, and hot tubs and pool. . I would go back anytime and reccomend to everyone!

The facilities themselves deserve a 5! Great sauna and steam rooms! Co-ed and same sex areas. Luxurious hot tubs indoors/outdoors. Perfect pool temperature. Nice private showers you can use, to clean up before leaving. I’m unsure if I prefer facials or massages. It’s been a while since I had a massage with them. I had my first facial with Woodloch, and it was lovely. I was pleasantly surprised when other areas were given attention (foot booties/massage) – because I was expecting just face. I like how they give you a “report card” at the end – that includes products that were used/recommendations. Typically, I get the calming facial ($180). I was interested in the Doctor’s Signature Facial ($210) – as it seemed like it could target specific concerns. I wasn’t sure if my concerns could be

The spa itself is exceptional — beautiful facilities and genuinely warm staff in both the spa and parking areas. Unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant was very disappointing and diminished an otherwise wonderful visit. I arrived too late for breakfast, and the hostess/manager informed me that lunch would begin at 11:30 AM. At no point did she mention that reservations were required. After my massage, my friend and I returned for lunch only to be turned away because we did not have a reservation. The interaction was delivered with a chuckle, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. My friend also felt uncomfortable, believing the treatment toward us may have been influenced by her being African American. After our services, we were left with no dining options on-site other tha

Just what we needed. Amazing staff, food, amenities. I recommend staying several days and soaking up all The Lodge has to offer.
