The Loc Room

I’m very appreciative of them starting my loc journey; however, the process felt rushed. The sizing of my locs and parts is inconsistent, with the parts in the back being especially large. I believe she may have been an apprentice, and although I did ask for even parts, that wasn’t fully achieved. On a positive note, my hair does feel sturdy. That said, the interlocking was messy, and some longer strands of hair were missed.

Scheduled an appointment for a retwist and style. I received text messages and emails reminding me of the appointment. Showed up to be told the stylist I booked with wasn’t in today…..yet I was able to schedule and book her for this very day on her calendar. Perhaps those auto text and email reminders should be sent to the stylist instead of customers because the growing consensus in all of these reviews is that there is a trend of this exact situation where the stylist is booked but MIA. After being told the stylist we booked wasn’t in we were asked to come back in an hour (so basically drive home to turn around and drive right back? You’ve already wasted my time now you wanna waste my gas? Tuh) This business lacks professionalism and even the basic courtesy of communication. Super di
