The Loc Loft

Way too expensive to not be able to deliver. I paid $145 for a service that lasted less than a week. No prior consultation about the risk of the starter locs coming down instantly. Cheap products being used, and the wrong products at that such as leave in conditioner to secure locs. That failed miserably! When asked about the products that should be used for aftercare she couldn't name one product. I pay attention to stylist that aren't informative about all hair types. Who will take your money knowing the style won't last or they can't deliver the desired results. Customer service is poor. No one answers the phone or messages in a timely manner. Nellie B was the stylist that did my re-twist and she did not disappoint. Very professional and personable when it comes to engaging with the clients. Also had a very good personality. I will definitely be re-booking

I've been on the search for a reliable barber for 2 years until I met Nelle at the Loc Loft, she leaves me crisp and clean every time and the environment in The Loc Loft is a great vibe. They got the best hairstylists in the city of Saint Louis. Very awesome vibe when you walk through the doors. They all are very sweet women & all the prices are very reasonable. They are also kid friendly as well. I give the Loc Loft 5 stars because it’s the best place I ever went to get my hair done and I will not stop going no time soon. Thank you all for everything you do! Keep it up💙
