The Lion Zen Wellness Spa

Salt caves are one of my favorite ways to decompress and destress along with helping my breathing. I had booked online and Cassandra was amazing and called me to inform me and to help me throughout the booking process. When we arrived we were greeted and shown a tour of every room (which made me want to do more rooms). We booked the salt cave for my birthday and this is a room I could stay in forever. The chairs, masks and blankets made it so calm and relaxing. I can’t wait to come back and try more ! Tara is truly the best. Has done 3 of my tattoos and I love being able to see both worlds combined into one now ! The experience was amazing.

What a phenomenal experience! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming receptionist who guides you through each room and explains everything in detail. Once you change, it’s time to fully relax. We started in the meditation room, which might just be my favorite. It was incredibly calming—you practically melt into the massage chair as it gently hugs you. Amazing! Next was the red light room, which was equally impressive, followed by the sauna and then the Himalayan salt room… a space I could have stayed in all day. Truly something special. I’ve never felt more zen in my life! The chairs make it so hard to get up (in the best way 😂). We wrapped up in the contrast therapy room, which was the perfect ending. My girlfriend and I did the 2.5 hour journey last weekend as a reset for the new year. This space is absolutely gorgeous and Tara and her staff are all super sweet. The salt room and the red light therapy room were my favorites in the journey, but the Infrared sauna will leave you feeling rejuvenated. I loved my experience and will definitely be coming back!

Went to The Lion Zen for a spa day with my friends, and it was exactly the relaxing reset we needed. Tara greeted us at the door with such a warm welcome and took the time to walk us through the entire process. She was always nearby and happy to help whenever we had questions. Each room has its own unique vibe, which made the experience perfect both for us as a group and individually. The space is calming, thoughtful, and truly designed for relaxation. The Lion Zen is such a beautiful space with amazing staff. You’re always greeted with a warm hello. The owner and the greeter are super helpful and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are super clean and well kept. It’s the perfect escape for your wellness journey without burning a hole in your pocket. They offer several options from Infrared sauna, Red light therapy, Jacuzzi and cold plunge, Salt cave & more. And Friday nights are R&B night my favorite! I highly recommend, 5 ⭐️’s
