Services from the Light Room Salon have always been professional, comforting and uplifting. Each visit is a different experience, but always comes with great customer service and positive energy. The Creative designer, Matthew is wonderful in listening to your concerns and comments. He has provided a unique space. If you want something new and creative, he'll do that for you. If you want something to be consistent to your normal hair wear, then he will keep it to your liking. I have never stepped out of the salon, not feeling better about myself or about the care that he and his staff bring to me as a customer. You will not be disappointed! The staff have always sought to accommodate their customers.

This salon provided the worst hair color service I've ever experienced. Despite wanting a convenient local option to avoid traveling to New York and being assured of a skilled stylist after stating that budget wasn't a concern, the results were disastrous. I specifically requested a honey/caramel balayage with a root touch-up, showing the stylist clear inspiration photos. Instead, I ended up with stark, bright bleached sections in the front and temples, and inexplicably, my roots were bleached instead of being addressed with a base color. The initial color was so bad I didn't want to leave the house. After speaking with Mathew, who agreed to fix the botched job, I returned to the salon. Unfortunately, the correction resulted in an overall dark brown color that completely covered the previo
