The Lash Lounge

I've always viewed getting my lashes done as a nice treat, and lash lounge makes it feel as such every time. My lash stylish, Shaniqua, is not only efficient, but constantly hits the mark. I always leave my appointments feeling completely satisfied, relaxed, and like the cutest baby doll ever. 10/10 all day, everyday!

Loved my lash lift/tint experience and results! I made a last minute appointment with Tamara who was kind enough to fit me in. Front desk and Tamara were even more kind in person! I will definitely be back!

Lash Lounge Yonkers has superb customer service! My lash tech Erika was super thorough, and very nice! She listened and I love how they came out. I’ve been here many times and my experience with any of the lash techs have been pleasant. I always leave feeling pretty 😍

Had a horrible experience at the Lash Lounge. Technician pulled my left eyelid up way too high, causing the fluid to enter my eye, the lashes curving up too much so that they are touching my eyelid and I have to constantly press them away, the lashes on my right eye don't match, and a week later, the lashes on the left are so curled, they are starting to bend and look a mess. The process was excruciating, as the liquid was in my eye towards the end of the process. The technician also did not ever let me know when she'd be touching my eye or provide any type of comfort, though I told her before we started that I am squeamish about my eyes and had only had a lash lift once before. I purposely gave her this info so she could be mindful when working with me. Management did respond to my compla

The woman who did my lashes/brows (Tamera) kept chuckling at my discomfort when I needed more solution and kept telling me "you're ok." She even at one point said "you're not going to die." I've been getting my lashes and brows done for over a decade (including at this location) and have never had this type of problem or discomfort level. Usually everybody else is great
