I had such a great experience at The Lash Lounge! The manager Alex was incredibly sweet and informative — she took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable from the start. Zoe, who helped me, was so friendly and professional. Her work is truly top quality, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really deserves a raise for the amazing service she provides! I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!!!

Lash lounge is the best! I have been getting my lashes done for many years and I finally found my favorite spot in Orlando. Availability is amazing and all the stylists are awesome. Buse however is my favorite stylist ever! She is always so careful and pays attention to detail. I always get compliments on how natural and gorgeous my lashes are. Front desk staff is great about texting reminders and letting me know if there’s earlier time slots in the day. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Alexandra at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly welcomed. She was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the services offered. Alexandra made the check-in process fast and smooth, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for my appointment. Her professionalism and positive energy really set the tone for the whole visit. She’s a huge asset to the salon!

I’ve gone to a couple different Lash Lounge locations now & my favorite person was by far Nesha at the Winter Park location! She was very thorough & careful throughout the eyelash tinting process. I was comfortable the entire time & she walked me through exactly what she was doing. I will continue to come back to her & that location in the future! Thank you for your great work!
