The Lash Lounge

If I could give zero stars, I would. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, and I arrived 10 minutes early. The technician didn’t begin until about 20 minutes late, which already put me in a bad position. After finally starting, she explained the lash lift process and completed the service while I sat quietly. When she finished, she handed me a small handheld mirror while I was still lying down. From that angle, everything looked fine. She even took a video of my lashes and told me how great they looked and how ideal my lashes were for a lift. Once I got home and saw them properly, I was shocked. One eye looks somewhat okay, while the other is completely botched. The lift is uneven and looks awful. This was my first lash lift and will absolutely be my last. I was so upset that I tried

She was so friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable, and she walked me through the entire process step by step so I always knew what to expect. That alone made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Emily was so patient and thorough with me. She took the time to correct my clumpy lashes and even stayed 45 minutes later than expected. She made sure I walked out of there with beautiful lashes representing not only herself but the company well. On top of that I'm super pregnant and she took the time to make sure I felt comfortable.
