The Lash Lounge

I had a brow lamination and tint at The Lash Lounge Walnut Creek, and I’m really happy with the results. My brows look fuller, more defined, and still very natural. The lamination gave them a clean shape without looking stiff, and the tint was matched perfectly so they frame my face without being too dark. Exactly what I was hoping for. The space is clean and relaxing, and the staff took the time to explain the process and check in throughout the appointment. I felt comfortable the whole time and never rushed. If you’re looking for polished, low-maintenance brows done right, this is definitely the place. I would go back!

Reagan is an AMAZING Senior Lash Artist. She is super sweet and friendly with a very professional attitude. She always made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole appointment, a lot of times I even fell asleep! She has the gentlest touch, and there was no stinging or irritation. My lashes always come out flawless, beautiful, and long-lasting. I have received so many compliments and love how much time I save in the morning. The salon is also spacious, elegant, and clean. The front desk staff is polite, sweet and creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Reagan at The Lash Lounge. I highly recommend her!

Just had my first appointment getting Hybrid lashes with Kayremi! She was super sweet and quick, made sure I was comfortable, asked if I had any questions and made it super clear about the process! I love the final result.

!!!beware, as they offer $5-10 off when you post a review on google/yelp PRIOR TO PAYING for your appointment. deleted my previous review, as that explained all the short 5 star reviews. overall okay first experience at a lash chain last minute. idk how $180 is the cost for the most basic, bare minimum lashes. the girl I chose was listed as a senior stylist, but had ZERO customer service: little to no instruction on the process/what I wanted & gave me a paper towel to wipe my tears, ouch. the employee next to me was way better all around, so hoping the girl I got is just a one-off.

Great place for eyebrow threading!!! I’m not a lash person but I come here every month for my eyebrows they are always quick to help me and the ladies there are so nice and friendly! It’s a nice little escape in a very relaxing environment you want to spend all day there.
