It wont let me reply to the response on my initial review left. The managers review is gaslighting dressed up as professionalism and is about as professional as her phone call as well. The manager conveniently left out that the photos I posted were taken within 40 minutes of my appointment, BEFORE any sauna use, environmental exposure, or aftercare could have affected the results. The condition shown is the direct outcome of the service. My reviews were also done in 12hrs of service. She conveniently left that part out as well. I also have been getting lash lifts for over 3 years and have NEVER had a result like this. I had such a wonderful experience! I got a lash lift and tint… I had had one before… But I remember that fist time, (at another salon) it stung a little and my eyelashes felt a little bit clumpy like I had superglue in my lash line… But not at all this time 😆 !!! Marisa took her time and very gently and thoroughly cleaned everything first and the entire process felt like a true spa treatment! I think I even fell asleep! I loved it so much. I bought a year’s discount pass right there on the spot! I think I’m going to give my sister this treatment for her birthday because she just got her eyes done and I know she would love these results just as much! If I could give more than five stars, I would!

carrigan did an excellent job on my eyebrows! I went in for threading and had such a great experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. My brows look perfect, and the service was quick and painless. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Carrigan did amazing! Very thorough. EDIT: I did want to update my review though, because after lightly washing my face the night after my appointment, about 95% of the dye came off my eyebrows. I’ve been getting my brows tinted for close to 8 years and have never had this happen before. My tints normally last 5–6 weeks, but this time it was completely gone within a week and I had to go back to filling them in myself. I’m a natural redhead with very light blonde brows, so tinting is important for me. I paid over $90 (service + tip) and was disappointed with the longevity because it felt like the tint didn’t take.
