I got my lashes done here for about 6 months in 2025 and have no complaints about the service I received. My issue is their business practices. I took a work assignment out of the country and canceled my membership in September, a month before I left. The receptionist had me fill out a form explaining why I was canceling my membership, and assured me that I would no longer be charged the membership fee. Well, it’s now February, five months later, and they’ve continued to charge my card. I called the salon the first few times it happened, and had the same conversation each time: the person on the phone couldn’t find the form I’d filled out and signed, but they’d make a note that I had canceled, and I shouldn’t be charged anymore. Very disappointed with my experience here. DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON. I came for a lash lift and my eyelashes came out almost at a 90 degree angle and if you look closely eyelashes TURNED INWARD INTO MY EYELID CREASE. When I contacted the salon, the receptionist scheduled me to see the technician Denise to see what she could do to fix my lashes. Denise told me there is nothing that can be done since another lash lift would damage my eyelashes more. I told her I know of people reversing the lift and she said “let me google.” She then proceeded to change her mind and say she could redo the lift to redirect the eyelashes, but she couldn’t do it today “bc there was not enough time” Then why was I scheduled to come in to see her for this time slot if nothing could be done to help me…. I got a lash lift and tint before vacation and had a severe eye reaction — extreme redness, swelling, pain, and blurry vision to the point I couldn’t open my eye. I had to go to urgent care. After two emails, the business finally responded, apologized, and said they’d issue a refund after photos and the urgent care summary. I sent everything immediately — then they stopped responding. No refund. No follow-up. Very unprofessional handling of a serious issue. Proceed with caution before booking services here.

I have the monthly membership and I got a new lash tech this week. Her name is Barbara and her work is really nice and amazing. Not only that I get amazing lashes but she was super friendly and we were able to talk about many topics and she’s very knowledgeable and other subjects. It was almost like I had a free therapy session with her ha ha ha. I love her.

Lovely experience, and beautiful lashes! Barbara is amazing, and I second another review saying she is a great conversationalist!
