Meh, mostly with the ownership. Very commercial. Be careful of the 30 day membership notice cancellation policy. If you get a set that was not done correctly or have to stop your fills due to a glue reaction. You will be charged another month for fills you cannot get due to the allergy. They offer other service's including a glue for sensitive eye lashes but the hold is not as strong. Not interested. The policy is another way to take your money. There should be exceptions to this policy if you get a sub par fill or have a reaction. These issues are not in the clients control. I would not recommend the membership or the commercial vibe. I recently had a reaction and was charged the $160 for the month of March for fills I am unable to get. The itching and swelling was pretty bad. Getti

Got my lashes done by Katie and had a wonderful experience! They are beautiful and she taught me how to care for them properly. Definitely check them out!

She really talks you through everything with payments and overall just ensures you are informed and have a great experience!
