I traveled all the way from New York for my appointment, and not once did I receive a confirmation or follow-up call. On the day of the appointment, there was extreme traffic, which caused me to arrive late — yet no one from the salon reached out or showed any flexibility or understanding. When I arrived, instead of offering a solution, I was told the stylist “had to be somewhere else.” They even called another salon but couldn’t accommodate me there either. As someone who has been in business for over 18 years, I know that when unexpected situations happen, true professionals find solutions — not excuses. Super Bowl Disappointment. This past February I decided to get lashes for my Super Bowl work week in Vegas. I got lashes on Tuesday morning, the young lady who did my lashes was lovely and friendly so this review is not about her. By Wednesday evening my lashes were falling off…not even 24 hours later. My best friend who was with me on the work trip (a model and country music singer who gets lashes quite often) said the glue must have been old as they should not come off within 24hrs. Knowing how the owner operates, I could see him pushing old glue. Sure enough every day that I was in Vegas more and more lashes came off. Not to mention, I called the lounge saying I’d be 5 minutes late and they said I’d have to cut out some of my services (eye brow tint). I was so disappointed I was 5 min
