The Lash Lounge

I went for a classic set (with added fullness) on Monday the 25th. My lash tech was really sweet and the front desk staff gave me info about lash memberships that I planned on purchasing in Sept at my appointment on the 8th. I received a text on Wednesday asking how I was liking my lashes and I asked if fall out was normal. They asked how much and when I sent photos they stated they could see what I meant. In a day and a half, almost half of the lashes on my left eye had fallen out. They offered for me to come back in on when they messaged me back on Thursday however it’s the holiday weekend and I work plus they are an hr away so that wouldn’t work for me. What can I say about this place? It’s absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is spectacular with every detail thought out. You’re not laying uncomfortably at all. They even put a pillow under your knees for maximum comfort. The stylist are very good at what they do. Alisha has provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Cannot recommend enough.

Been going to Tessa for a year now and she is EVERYTHING! She even did my lashes for my wedding!! All of the ladies are so friendly and make me feel comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments and getting to see Kendall at the front desk💜 10/10 would recommend!

I love how Ashlynn does my lashes. Lashes come out perfect every time with her! She customize and work my needs each time. I tried different technicians and shops, her work is organized and detailed more than any others I tried.

got my brows threaded here and wasn’t impressed at all i wasn’t going to say anything until i noticed they charged $130 to my credit card on file!! i know times are tough but you don’t have to do that to people. the brows cost $19 which i was also charged for and i left a $6 tip. a few days later, $130 pops up on my charges. maybe they thought i wouldn’t notice? anyways, don’t give these people your info.
