Delaney was amazing! I’m not new to getting lashes but yesterday was my first experience with this salon and to be honest, I was a little skeptical but Delaney put me at ease. She asked questions to gage what look I was going for, consistently asked if I was comfortable and if there was anything she could do to help, and is a great communicator. I even booked my next fill before I left the salon with her! Would definitely recommend her and this salon to family and friends.

Awful experience!! I was in Jacksonville Beach visiting, and I needed a “refill”. I live in VA. I specifically picked out a “Level 3” and my lashes were obviously full. After two hours with Nevaeh, it barely looked like I had mascara on. She “attempted” after that to make them fuller, it was a joke. I tried to walk away with dignity, but after three hours there and to no avail, I was upset. They started falling out shortly after. I emailed, called, and messaged them. “T.” tried to call me back once, after weeks, and I missed her call. I have kept trying back, to no avail. I want a deserve a refund…it was over “$300”, like “$350, for nothing! Save your time and money! If they do the right thing and issue a refund…I’ll let you know! 3 hours of my time and over $300 wasted!!” Ugh.

I had such a wonderful experience here with Nevaeah! This was my first time ever getting my lashes and brows tinted and I'm obsessed! She is so sweet and answered all my questions! I would definitely recommend booking with her!

I had a really great experience with Simaya! I love my lashes! The whole experience was top notch. Simaya is fun, personable and she made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back!

For my first time, I was absolutely blown away! My lashes are beautiful. I did a basic classic set and I’m in love. Claira was so gentle literally fell asleep on her chair. Can’t wait to come back 💛
