Lash Lounge CityPlace Doral is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the space felt so beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Miranda at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional—she truly made the experience even better. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, and the service is top-tier. Highly recommend this location!

DO NOT GO TO THE LASH LOUNGE. I used to go to this studio for lash extensions and eyebrow threading. The only lash tech whose work actually lasted more than a week was Tiffany, who I believe no longer works there. Since then, the quality has gone downhill—my lashes never lasted longer than a week at all. The bigger issue is the membership. I have tried multiple times to cancel it and am still being charged. I no longer live near this location, so their services are no longer convenient for me—on top of the fact that I’m not satisfied with the quality. I canceled my membership in person and signed the required document.
