The Lash Lounge

I have tried multiple magnetic brands, but they didn’t work. I’ve always wanted to try proper lash extensions but was worried about damaging my own. One day, I decided to try, and Jewel happened to be the only open chair. She took her time, explained everything to me, and made me feel comfortable. Jewel is kind, patient, and talented. I’m so glad I started doing this, and Jewel’s name is perfect for her!

Here’s the letter I shared with the manager /owner this evening that perfectly captured my experience at this salon. BEWARE. I feel bad for the stylist Krissy, she did nothing wrong and has her coworker to blame for a consistent , paying client. After learning my stylist wasn’t in the front desk gal, without me asking, ran and got a “senior stylist” to come up and chat. This is is how that went. Janeth is absolutely incredible! I love the work she does — her attention to detail is unmatched, and my lashes always last so well with zero issues. She is so kind, inspiring, and we always have the best conversations. Every visit feels relaxing and uplifting. I’m so grateful to have found her — she’s truly amazing at what she does!

First time client at the Lash Lounge (Polaris Prkwy) and I am very pleased with my natural looking lash results. I had been going to a previous lash tech for years before she changed careers and was no longer doing lashes. Finding a replacement is never easy when you’re use to a specific quality of work and service. However, I trusted the reviews and pics for the Lash Lounge and was not disappointed. Cayla was sure to ask questions and listened when I articulated the look I wanted. She most certainly delivered. Now I’m a new regular and member.
