I had such a great experience at The Lash Lounge. The environment was incredibly relaxing from the moment I walked in. The spa itself is beautiful, and the high-end hydraulic beds were so comfortable that I felt completely at ease during my appointment. I received classic lashes, and I absolutely love how they turned out clean, natural, and perfectly done. My lash stylist, Ashanti, was amazing: warm, professional, and very detail-oriented. She did a fantastic job, and I felt confident and relaxed the entire time. I also felt that the membership is a great value, and the refill prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and overall experience. First time and wanted to love this lash place. My tech was sweet but my lashes look quite indescribable . I can count the long thin lashes and it looks horrible for a classic set. I’ve see pictures because I researched long and hard, but I never seen such foolishness. I paid $100 ( plus tip) for a new guest and I will not recommend or return. I notified I was unhappy but my only option was to pay more to get them corrected. I’d be happy with a removal and refund because this is horrible. The manager called and said they could “remove them but will charge me since they’re so horrible” ( she repeated in a sarcastic tone) and got a horrible attitude and said they can’t give away free lashes and after I told her it’s not fair either I spent $100+ tip and being ignored then she stated since we

I’ve been coming to The Lash Lounge for over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a consistently great experience every single time. My lash tech, Natalie A., is incredibly skilled and always does a fantastic job with my lashes. She’s attentive, precise, and really takes the time to make sure everything looks perfect. My classic lashes always turn out exactly how I want them. The lounge itself is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The lashes look great - I was booked with Tiara and she was amazing! Walked me through the entire process told me what she recommended. Such a calming experience, the place is gorgeous and clean. Pretty much fell asleep as she was doing my lashes! Will definitely be back!!
