Customer Reviews
This was my first time getting a lash lift and tint, We also tinted my brows. It was an amazing experience. Candi was super knowledgeable and understood the look I was going for. I love my lashes and I am comfortable to Trust her with my upcoming wedding as well. Thank you so much for making my first experience a great one.
Update: 12/29/2025 I went back and got lash extensions this time and with an experienced tech. Her name is Virgina and she was amazing+ she gave me hybrid and I love how natural my lashes look. I am very happy with my experience and my lash tech ☺️ thank you virgina for making my experience better. I paid $200 just for my eyelashes to look the same. My tech was very sweet but she didn't do it right. Definitely not coming back. I've been wanting my natural lashes done For so many years and im still disappointed with the service. I know my tech was new but I should've been compensated for. But instead I was told my lashes looked good when they literally looked the same.
I went to the West Side location and was not satisfied with my results. The stylist didn’t completely fill my eye. They look strange. I paid $250 and just wanted them removed. The West Side location is not open until Tuesday and I work in Santa Fe. The NE location is open, but their attitude was like…sucks to be you. We are booked. I was going to purchase a membership but I won’t waste another dollar on a company that doesn’t care about each customer. I didn’t mind paying either. Do yourselves a favor and either hope that your lashes come out great, or get ready to pay for someone else to fix their mistakes. 0/10. Save your money.
Virgina is an amazing technician. I only recently started getting my lashes done, and she listened to my concerns and what styles I wanted. Because of her professionalism I am now a member of the Lash Lounge.
Megan at the Lash Lounge was absolutely amazing! She gave me very natural and complimentary volume set. I love that they give you a consultation before you begin, so you know exactly what you are getting and realistically what your lashes can handle. The shop is fun, clean and peaceful and the booths are nice and private. I highly recommend checking out the lash lounge!
