I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable during my appointment. I had to book here last minute because my usual lash artist had to cancel unexpectedly due to her shop closing. As a working mom, I was already rushing to make the 5:30 appointment. I wasn’t able to wash my lashes beforehand, so I completely understood when she said I would need a lash bath for an additional $15, that was fine. However, the appointment itself felt very uncomfortable. She was quite heavy-handed and was pulling and tugging on my lashes. She repeatedly criticized my current lash artist and commented that too many lashes had been applied.
