They say they have a strict 10 minute late policy on your appointment and if you are 10min late you have to reschedule with a $25 reschedule fee. We still arrive 7 minutes early. Come to find out, they didn’t have anyone available for my wife. Here we are driving all the way from Roma, cancelled my errands to make it on time due to their strict 10min late policy. Pa nada! If you are strict on you appointments and charging rescheduling fees, be strict on yourself, staff, and make sure you/staff come through with your services

I come here once a month for laser hair removal, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Yali is amazing—she’s professional, knowledgeable, and always makes me feel comfortable during every session. She takes her time to explain the process and checks in to make sure I’m okay throughout. The results have been great so far, and the place is always clean and organized. Highly recommend Yali if you're considering laser!

The staff were very nice - but to be honest I didn’t see any difference - I got the package legs - Brazilian and underarms - they told me that maybe because the Brazilian area is very hormonal especially since I was going thru menopause- which ok maybe I can believe that - but my daughter which she is in her 20’s also got the same package as myself and she didn’t see a difference either - so what excuse is for my daughter seeing no difference ? - they move the laser back and forth too quickly for the laser to be effective - and yes I understand that results may vary because every person is different- but I would have expected at least some difference and less hair growth - sadly it wasn’t for either myself or my daughter - it was a waste of my money unfortunately $$$-

The staff is friendly and attentive, but they move the laser too quickly over the hair. I had underarm and Brazilian sessions, and I didn’t see much change. Only during the last two sessions did they actually take their time and keep the machine on the hair long enough to be effective.

Beautiful spa, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and amazing results! Efficient, relatively pain-free, and surprisingly affordable for the quality. Highly recommend The Laser Room!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
