The Lakeside Park - 607 North Ave.

We brought our business to Lakeside in January and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Not only do we absolutely love our space but the location could not be more convenient. The grounds are continuously being updated from the new windows, landscaping and common interiors such as newly updated lobbies and restrooms. It wouldn’t be uncommon to have a visit from the landlords to “check in” and confirm everything is running smoothly. And the view of the lake; what’s better than bringing your lunch down to one of the picnic tables and enjoying the peace and serenity of Lake Quannapowitt! Overall, we have loved having our small non-profit office at The Lakeside Office Park. You can't beat the location, both in a sense of convenience (one minute off of I-93/128) and beauty (around Lake Quannapowitt). The management has been very supportive of us in our non-profit mission, going the extra mile to support our events. They bring a human side to what is otherwise a simple business transaction. They have generally been responsive to facility-related needs that have surfaced. The only reason I have not given a five-star rating is that the HVAC in the building in a bit dated, leading to a handful of days each year when the office can be very warm as days warm up and the heat is still on, but otherwise, the management has taken the initiative to keep the office space looking nice an

Convenient location right next to I-95/Route 128, across the highway from the famous Jordan's Furniture in Reading. Quaint Lake Quanipawitt (the spelling doesn't look right to me but that's what I got from Google) is here where you can watch sailing in the summer months and ice sailing in the winter months.

Great location! Very easy to get to for us and for visitors. The management team is responsive whenever I've had questions or the single time we had a maintenance issue. The common areas are pretty clean and around the park there are signs of improvement.
