I genuinely love coming here every single time. Itzel has been my lash tech for a while now and she never disappoints. I always get a wet set and the retention is amazing — my lashes stay looking fresh for so long. The beds are so comfy that I end up napping half the time, and when I’m not napping we’re yapping the whole appointment. She makes the whole experience feel easy, fun, and super comfortable. I recently got my first brow lamination and stain with Amber, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!!! I was a little nervous since it was new for me, but she gave me so much reassurance every step of the way. She explained everything, made me feel totally at ease, and the results?????? I LOOOOVEEEED. I’ve gotten both a lash lift and a facial at LAB Lashes and Brows LLC and had such a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and inviting and never makes you feel intimidated. I love going with Itzel to get my lashes done because she always finds a way to squeeze me into her schedule, no matter how busy she is. She doesn’t just do my lashes… she’s basically my therapist at this point. She makes me feel taken care of, not just as a client, but as a friend. Every appointment with her is more than lashes… it’s a mini therapy session wrapped in a glow-up, and I’m so grateful for her.

Great inviting environment, the esthetic is bright, light, peaceful. To the welcoming of the staff is great super friendly and they attend to the clients needs. Very comfortable layback beds , they even offer blankets if it’s to cold this seem ideal for me, making it even more comfortable. When it was time for my service she came to get me, welcomed me in and showed me where I was gana get my service done. Once I lay down she proceeded to explain what she was going be preforming. She got started by the way super gentle and i didn’t feel a thing. She did half my eyebrow at first so i could see the difference and it was a noticeable difference. As a woman with sensitive eyes/skin, the practitioners here do an amazing job! I’ve never left feeling irritated or had any issues afterwards. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and safe. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to pamper themselves!
