Are you not meant to be a neutral news outlet committed to presenting facts and diverse perspectives? The current direction reflects a serious decline in journalistic integrity. If your editorial stance so openly aligns with authoritarian ideologies, perhaps it would be more fitting to operate in a country where such views are standard rather than undermining the principles of free press and open discourse in America. TERRIBLE DELIVERY SYSTEM. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW HAS A SOLUTION, PLEASE POST. This company does not seem to care, perhaps their corporate office is covering for their employees' misconduct or isn't even aware of such problems happening on the East Coast. If you miss their deliveries, expect these excuses: 1. Inclement weather has delayed your newspaper -- Sure, I can wait, BUT YOU NEVER SEND THEM. 2. The delivery company (another newspaper agency) is having issues, you should contact them directly -- no, that is YOUR problem with the delivery company, NOT the customer's. 3. Maybe the post office is holding all the newspapers we mailed to you, but we can't track it because we never got the tracking number -- USPS will give you the tracking number to anythi

I dont think any of the ladies I talked to (3 so far) care about readership. They are quick to pass your call and concern off to different person and nothing gets resolved. I finally canceled service, actually, one of the ladies recommended first, but i should have done so long ago.

Very good clean,organized and respectable people.
