It was my first time there this past Saturday. I must admit the facial was great. The woman who did it really did great with the extraction. It felt like she took out all the black heads and clogged pores of mine. She put about five different products or Mask in my face. I also got a massage which was mediocre. I wasn’t please with the massage as much as the facial. They currently have a promotion where you purchase a gift card in order to receive the discounted price on their services. Their services are currently around the 100s price range so definitely take advantage of this promotion. It may not be a luxurious place but it is clean. This is the second time I went. The positive rejuvenating signature facial improvement . Overall it was a good experience. The Signature Facial was well done, I can see a difference. I am satisfied with service. During the session the technician recommended other services, it’s ok because this is how business works. I would like suggest for the owner to place an aromatic oils diffuser that will provide pleasant aroma and relaxing peaceful atmosphere.

Got a Groupon Jason made me cry I called at 10 he said come 11:15 am then I got here from Staten Island he said if you buy a Groupon on Groupon the same day they don’t take you because they charge a 30% fee refused service I wasted my time and gas and tolls to come no service was provided he went to grab my phone and refused to take me never come here

Never coming back here again! One, I paid more than I shouldve for mediocre massage AND there’s a mandatory $15-20 tip. They also require you to pay $4 for tax if you purchased from groupon and additional $4 if you added anything to the appt which is ridiculous. Two, they try to convince you to purchase more packages even after you refused multiple times. And the place smells like smoke! Initially I thought it was incense/aromatherapy but its not. I left smelling like an ashtray. I would avoid this place at all cost.

I had a groupon purchased. I got an appointment and when I walked in they told me they couldn't use the groupon the same day, but they could match the price. This is probably my fault for not reading it on the groupon, but they also have a mandatory $15 tip required. so I ended up paying more then originally planned. The lady who massaged me was great but the employees don't get paid enough, that's why they force the tips on the consumers.
