I'm a regular here but today I got a different service and tried my luck with color. I was nervous but AJ asked just enough questions to make sure he understood what I wanted but not overwhelm me. He pays enough attention to my hair to know I tried new products since my last service. It's not just a job for him it's a passion and I always feel cared for when I'm there. 10/10 every single time
