I believe that in order for any business to survive and grow, regardless of whether the owner has other businesses, professionalism and communication have to come first. Greeting clients and potential clients properly should be standard. When someone reaches out, even if it’s from the same number, the conversation should be treated as a new inquiry. It’s not safe to assume a client still has previous messages or context. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a good impression. If the business is advertised as operating 24 hours, clients should be clearly informed if overnight staff do not provide all hair services. Transparency prevents confusion and frustration. Nazayia did my daughter’s hair, husband, and 2 sons hair in a matter of 2 days and she’s amazing. She’s professional and patient with the kids she kept calling my son “buddy” to calm him and I loved it and none of my kids cried while getting their hair braided!❤️ all the girls in the shop are so funny and the manager is very fast I can’t wait to book one of them for myself!
