The Henderson Spa

had the most amazing massage, facial mask, and body wrap at this spa. I was traveling alone for a few days, so it felt especially nice to linger and fully enjoy all the amenities afterward. I took advantage of everything—the experiential shower, steam room, hot tub, and even the sitting room. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and renewed… truly like a queen. The only downside was near closing time. Around 3:00 (they close at 4:00), a front desk staff member came in, threw away my water and tea, and reminded us that the spa closes at 4. It felt rushed and a little uncomfortable, like we were inconveniencing her by still being there, which I didn’t love. That said, the overall experience was wonderful, and this small moment won’t keep me from returning or recommending the spa.

This was our second visit to the spa. Our first experience was so wonderful that we didn’t hesitate to book another massage. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted by two staff members who were polite and attentive. The amenities were very well maintained and enjoyable, just as we remembered. Unfortunately, this time the massages themselves were mediocre. The therapists felt somewhat transactional in their approach, even when we offered feedback during the session. While the overall environment remains lovely, the quality of the massage did not match our previous experience. We truly hope this was just an off day, as we would love for our next visit to reflect the excellence we experienced the first time. I have described the price as “overpriced” based on today’s experience.

The rating is based on the second time we went to the Henderson Spa and regretted it. The first time we went was lovely, the massage technicians were very professional and knew how to work out tight muscles. It was why we decided to revisit a second time. Unfortunately, we regretted it. We booked our second session at 9am and would not recommend that to anyone who wants to do a spa session here. The spa opens at 8:45am and when I say it opens, it means that the neck pillows in the warmer box has not had a chance to warm up nor has the massage bed warmers been turned on either. The masseuses this time around skipped a lot of the parts that we experienced in our first session. Not sure if this is a training issue or bad luck on being the first client in the morning. Was treated by the Henderson Dream treatment. Full body exfoliation followed by full body massage with hot stones. Received a facial and hair mask. It was wonderful, Jessica did an amazing g job. Plan to go early or stay after your treatment. You can enjoy complementary Prosecco, sauna room, hot tub and massaging shower. They also have A lavender lounge, featuring fruit water, hot teas and light snack. I loved the heated neck wrap.

Excellent massage! Did the Himalayan stone massage. Very relaxing and therapeutic. The eucalyptus steam room and experiential shower were both very pleasant as well. Quality all around!
