Absolutely recommend this place! Serafina is very knowledgeable about anatomy and ways to sooth the nerves system. I have tried Thai massage, deep tissue and private yoga class. All of them were amazing. Love all the sound effects she used during the session which definitely makes the experience more relaxing! She is also very good to listen to my needs, and use variety of method to help my body to relax/recover. I mentioned my low back stress and she applied some cuppings there, and it worked out amazing!
