I had an amazing luxury head spa experience today with Jocelyn! When I first walked in, I was promptly greeted by Jocelyn. Immediately, I felt her positive energy and she was so kind and welcoming. When you first walk in, that is the space for hair services. The room was inviting, vibrant and very clean. When I walked into the room for the head spa, immediately it gave off a very cozy and relaxing vibe. It was almost like a peaceful escape from the rest of the world. During the service, there was soft music playing and the lights dimmed. It contributed to the feeling of shutting out the outside world and truly relaxing and enjoying all aspects of head spa service. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed with her warm, friendly personality. She has such a positive, calming energy that instantly puts you at ease, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. Jocelyn is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes a lot of pride in her craft. I’ve always had a hard time finding someone I could truly trust with my hair because of bad past experiences. Finding Jocelyn was honestly the best thing that could’ve happened. She is incredibly careful, always listens to what I want, and is extremely professional. One thing I appreciate most is that she does not get scissor-happy. Jocelyn is amazing! For my birthday she colored & cut my hair exactly how I wanted ! My hair was so soft and healthy afterwards. I have naturally thick curly hair, and even after the blow dry my curl pattern didn’t change! She is so sweet and kind and makes you feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend!
