The Head Shops Salon & Day Spa

My fiance surprised me with a haircut and massage for my birthday. The native guy who cut my hair was not very personable. He didn't give me his name. The only words he spoke during my entire appointment were "what are we doing today?" I asked for a trim and layers, which I thought was simple. The trim was less than average and I got one layer, if you even want to call it that. He didn't give me a mirror to be able to see the back once he finished. Whether I liked the cut or not, I was stuck with it, is the vibe he gave me at the end. Had I known I would get this kind of cut and treatment by this guy, I would have gone elsewhere. The employees, including the receptionist, are rude and do not care for their customers kindly. I made an appointment a week prior to my visit when I went in they said they didn’t have me on the book, yes I did confirm my appointment through the phone with the receptionist. Then she processed to argue with me and bully me. I felt very unsafe. I have went here before for a wax brow the guy was again telling me off. No I was not mean or unkind myself in these visits. It’s the people. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Jordan was so extremely rude!!!! And what’s worse they make you pay a deposit before coming in! I asked for a color cut and an all over highlight and she said no she didn’t have time for that! I was scheduled for only a half a highlight.I had a day off for myself and was told no not even the manager was nice ! Well I ended up going somewhere else a lot better then this place this place is a damn joke! Thank God for Nearly Famous hair salon! Took me right in there so much better!

I hadn't had my hair cut in years. I told Kaylee I wanted the length below my shoulders but layered and blend with my bangs. Within those guidelines she could surprise me. She did AWESOME!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!

I was inside this salon for less than 2 minutes and the greeting of the front desk was unwelcoming. The nail tech didnt give me her name but was willing to be humiliating that she refused my service because she didnt have time for it. That was enough to not ever want to go back. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your services. I could not help it but just walk out. No reason to say anything to people who treat their customers like this.
