Came in for eyebrow waxing and tint. Asked for light brown and received practically black. This is a picture after she tried to lighten the color multiple times with remover and a lighter dye. Beyond disappointed does not describe how I feel right now. I can’t stress enough, NEVER go to this place for eyebrow tinting. Rushing to any store currently trying to find a way to get this completely removed before my event tomorrow.

Great haircut, but WAY too long if a wait time. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled haircut time, and my hair stylist didn't even bother to apologize when it was finally my turn! The owner acknowledged me and kept checking in while I waited, telling me that my hairstylist would be with me in a few minutes (each time). This was my first experience at this location.

I had a men’s haircut and a beard trim done here. The haircut was really good and I am satisfied with it, however the beard trim was not good. I asked for some shaping and not a lot of length to be removed. The stylist completely changed the entire shape of the beard to the point it made my face look oval. The point of a beard is to augment the jaw, but the trim I received removed that and instead augmented my cheeks making my face look fat and my jaw look weak. The wrong parts were trimmed. It was clear that she didn’t know what she was doing. She would cut off too much in one side and then try to compensate by balancing it out on the other till the whole beard was botched. I would recommend getting a men’s haircut here, absolutely! But go to a barber or somewhere that has someone trained

I was very pleased with this salon. Holly did an exceptional job with my hair. We connected right away. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage when she was washing my hair, what a treat. I left the salon happy and satisfied. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

My hair has been done twice now here. Once a cut/color and once was my hair styled for my wedding. Both times were extremely disappointing (barely similar to the photo for my wedding) but both were done by the same stylist, so I hate to judge them all by the actions of one. The staff is always polite and very welcoming.
