Symone is a scammer and doesn’t follow her own policies. I booked for small mid-back passion twists; I received shoulder length jumbo marley twists. The service I booked, she states in her own listing uses water wave or passion twist texture hair. I received the lowest quality marley hair I have ever encountered. I am not sure where she even got hair like that because even the cheapest beauty supply store doesn’t tangle as bad and feel as rough to the touch as what I received. When I politely asked her if I could receive a partial refund because my service was not up to par and did not match at all what I requested she blocked me. Then when I called her from a different phone she told me “If she blocked me it was an accident or someone else had her phone.” Okay. I then asked again for a pa

MESHA (THE OWNER) has been doing my hair since she was 14. She has always done a great job and here we are 20yrs later, she is the only person that braids my hair.She have perfected her craft overtime. I wouldn't recommend anyone else for the care of your hair. Braids, color, cut, locs, wigs and everything else. If she can't do it you done need it. 💯
