The Hair Upstairs

Tilly is amazing! I've never actually liked getting my hair cut, but she actually made it enjoyable! She is super sweet and funny, and she makes sure you are 100% happy with your new look. I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much Tilly, for the great cut. My hair looks and feels healthy again, and I could not be more happy!

I just got the BEST haircut from Tilly! She used to cut my hair at Great Clips in Canby and I have been searching for her for a couple of years. Finally found her again and I swear I will never let anyone else cut my hair! Now she has her own cozy, convenient salon in a hip historic building in Oregon City. She really listens to what you want done and takes the time to get it right! I have straight blond hair that shows every little cut. Tilly has amazing technique as well as a super friendly personality. I love walking away from a hair appointment feeling great!

I absolutely love Tilly. Her attention to detail is incredible. She has such a wonderful personality which made it even a better experience. She cut my daughters’s hair. Tilly actually ask if we wanted to be part of cutting the first ponytail. When she did that I knew I found the right person. She took her time and listen to my daughter. You can tell Tilly enjoys what she does which is important. I told of my friends about her and she even has cut my hair. I can honestly say I’m a costumer for life!!

She did such an amazing job and took her time cutting my nieces hair. My niece loved her hair so much when Tilly was done! She is very detailed and doesn't stop until you're happy with the cut. She was also very hospitable and even had toys and Netflix for my daughter to watch while she cut my nieces hair. Absolutely a wonderful experience!

Tilly has been cutting my husband's hair for many years. She keeps him up to date on the best styles. Now even my son is getting his hair done there as well. Her shop cute and very comfy.
